If you have a complaint or concern about our services or an organization that is listed in our directory, provide as much explanation as possible to your experience and send an e-mail to concerns@ccdhh.org . If you have a concern about an organization, a business or about a difficulty of any nature related to the scope of our organization advocacy, provide the name of the organization or business, the name of any person you have had contact with and the nature of the situation. We take your concerns very seriously and will look into the issue as soon as possible.
